We begin our process by asking a few questions about your event – hence the form above.

• We then schedule a meeting with you to gather additional details such as full scope, branding guidelines if applicable, event models and talent requirements, budget, program and more.
• We pull from our roster of fully vetted business partners such as florists, photographers, caterers, video, audio, music, lighting etc. to find the best fit for your occasion.
• We Inspect venues to ensure they meet the requirements
• We coordinate misce llaneous event services such as rooms, transportation as needed
• We confer with on-site staff to coordinate details
• During the event, we monitor the event models and event activities, following a pre-set schedule
• After the event, we close the loop and clear out the venue, dismiss the event models, manage cleanup crews and review event bills
