Once you submit the form, a member of our team will reach out within a few hours to review your event details and match you with the right staff. From there, we will send a lookbook or headshots of the talent we recommend so you can review and approve the team before anything is finalized.

We ask that you reach out as early as possible, ideally two to three weeks before your event date, since our agency-signed models are booked on a first-come basis and popular dates fill up quickly. That said, we understand plans change fast, so we also accommodate last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows.

To help us move quickly, it is useful to have the following on hand when you submit your request:

• Event date, time, and location
• Type of event (corporate, private party, trade show, brand activation, and so on)
• Number and type of staff needed (bartenders, brand ambassadors, hosts, models, and so on)
• Any uniform, styling, or brand guidelines for the staff
• Your budget range, if you have one in mind

Once we receive a signed contract and payment, your booking is confirmed and we will handle the rest, from staffing to on-site coordination, so your event runs without a hitch.
